 There are many characteristics and differences between Chinese and western education, of course, there are also some similarities or differences, because education, after all, starts with children and must have some commonalities.  However, the differences between Chinese and western education are still major. Perhaps the most striking one is:

 

 China’s education attaches importance to rationality and even propriety, while western education attaches importance to individuality and even to nature, so the gap arises.  I describe it as ” goat sex education” for Chinese education, and ” wolf sex education” for western education ( wolf sex culture seems to be very fashionable in enterprise construction in recent years ).  Although this analogy is not appropriate and I do not appreciate it, let’s use it as a vivid bridge to understand the problem.  Because of the characteristics of sheep and wolf, the relationship between sheep and wolf is too simple and clear, so there is no need to say more.  Just think about the story of Wolf and Lamb, which has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts since childhood.

 

 Why is it said that Chinese education is like ” sheep’s nature” because the Chinese people have been deeply educated, nurtured and influenced by traditional Confucian culture since childhood. They speak of benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and faith, cultivate one’s morality and nurture one’s nature, and even go along with it.  It is impossible to talk about how to win the hearts of the people or even how to rule the people without human nature education or resistance education.  Therefore, no matter how many people there are, most of them have become good citizens, obedient citizens and even slaves.  Looking at the classic works inherited from China, one can see at a glance: Tao Te Ching, Analects of Confucius, Book of Changes, University, Doctrine of the Mean, Zeng Guofan’s Family Letters and so on, all of which are basically poems, books, rites and music, and dealing with people.  One can see this by thinking about the worship of ” rare stupidity” which is regarded as a motto by many people in China. Although many scholars and even high-ranking officials and elites regard it as if it were a fool, there are few people who can really be a fool.  However, western education seems to be ” wolf – like” because it emphasizes more on individuality, subjectivity, resistance consciousness, master consciousness, autonomy and even aggressiveness, which is completely opposite to China.  Therefore, western countries have a rich history of aggression, while eastern countries such as China have more history of aggression.  Looking at the classics of western classics, one can see at a glance: utopia, the spirit of law, the origin of species, the theory of human nature, even including the theory of war, my struggle, and so on. of course, there are also the bible, capital, the communist manifesto, and so on, which are quite different from Chinese culture.

 

 People who grew up under this kind of ” goat sex” education did not see much difference during the civil war. Even sheep became wolves.  However, once there is a war with western countries, it will be clear that the problem arises: sheep or sheep, wolf or wolf.  How can sheep beat wolves?  However, the strange phenomenon is that education in China is ” goat – like”, but it is only aimed at children, and educators are often ” wolf – like”, including children’s parents and teachers. are there not some successful education cases of ” tiger parents”?  However, western education is ” wolf – like” and also aimed at children. instead, educators are often ” sheep – like”, or flexible and equal. even when children are treated, they are treated like adults with equal democracy and respect for human nature and nature.

 

 In fact, Chinese education is far from simple ” goat sex” education. Starting from ” sage Confucius”, for more than 2,000 years, Chinese education can be said to be rich and profound, absolutely no worse than western education, and even much higher. All western education concepts are not uncommon in the education system of our ancestors. Otherwise, how can so many ” magnificent” national heroes be cultivated, and how can so many ” better – than – strolling” outstanding Chinese children be born?  In fact, both Chinese – style education and western-style education have both advantages and disadvantages, with both advantages and disadvantages. The wisest educator should learn from each other’s strong points to make up for deficiencies and eliminate disadvantages. Such education is a great blessing for children and a great blessing for the future.

 

 This raises a serious question: what is the most important thing in national education and what is the most important thing in master consciousness education, that is, to be a good master instead of waiting to be a slave.  Then there is history education ( another article ).  If you don’t know and remember the history of the motherland, the tragedy will be repeated again and again.  Culture, knowledge, science, technology and so on are all important, but no matter what, it is most important to have no sense of ownership, because if one loses the sense of ownership, the country will lose the country and the people will lose the people, which will be the object of insult and damage.  Master consciousness is not only manifested in the national economy and people’s livelihood, but also on the international stage.

“1元送15元”活动引流,建立社群

他们通过社群的方式,推出“1元送15元”,而且进群还可以参加1元秒杀抽奖活动,在你看来,这样明显是亏本的。

其实,并没有亏本,你看通过1元引流,把人吸引进群,进群后通过抽奖活动。让客户到店领取礼品,他来领了礼品,总不能马上就走吧,至少会有一部分人会多少购买一些水果,或者储值会员。

这里主要运用了营销的3步骤和4个策略:

3个步骤:

第一步:引流,让对方受益(培养信任,建立潜在客户鱼塘)比如1元送10元水果。

第二步:锁客,让对方付费(将潜在客户,转化为付费客户)比如,现在储值送XXX超值礼品。

第三步:裂变,后端布局,引导客户重复消费(将客户转化为“粉丝”,将“粉丝”转化为“钢丝”并且为你带来转介绍)这些都需要通过社群来转化。

4个策略:

1、送礼策略:消费+送礼(吸粉引流)

2、秒杀策略:消费+秒杀(促进成交)

3、抽奖策略:消费+抽奖(提升价值)

4、裂变策略:消费+裂变(裂变传播)通过形成营销闭环来让顾客心甘情愿的消费。

通过“引流+截流+回流+现金流”的四流模式,从准确的定位消费群,到让顾客无法拒绝,再到让顾客自发的再消费,最后实现整体企业的持续发展、持续盈利。

以上全部通过社群营销的方式运营,所以,做活动设计活动方案的时候,要记住的是,你要让顾客明确的知道这次活动给他的利益(一元吃10元或者15元)

同时商家要确定一个概率(一定可能存在只领取奖品不消费的人,是吧?),自己心里要明白会有存在这种情况的概率出现即可。但你要明白,做活动的目的是什么?

活动核心,高效率——引流,锁客。

引流的目的是让有消费需求的顾客体验和过滤不精准的客户,给顾客一次体验的机会。消费者到店之后,能够让他产生回购的原因只会是产品质量和服务体验(所以好的服务和产品很重要)。

那为什么还设置1元呢?其实1元就相当于免费,但是你直接免费送给顾客,顾客是不会珍惜的。对于老板而言,1元和0元都是送,多了1元也不会增加盈利。1元要的不是一元钱,而是顾客付出的行为成本,而且有轰动效应。支付1元钱到底意味着什么?意味着你可以通过这1元钱拿到顾客的微信。就是说这1元钱不是通过现金或者微信支付。而是通过加店主微信好友发个1元的红包或者转账给店主,而且通过微信转账,也过滤了一些没有微信的不精准人群。

通过这种方式和顾客建立起了线上的链接,不仅吸引顾客到店,然后还加了顾客的微信好友。这就为后续的朋友圈营销、社群营销、分享裂变做基础准备。直白的说,以后你的朋友圈广告,特价水果分享,外卖小程序都很有可能被顾客再次看到,从而达到了锁客复购。

如果你想大规模的推广,但是又不确定消费者是否接受你,那么你可以先通过精准鱼饵赠送,抓到第一批种子客户过来。然后再进行病毒转介绍。他们就是通过这样的方式先用鱼饵找到一批种子客户。比如持水果一元购礼品卡进店可以免费领15元的水果,这张卡你要不要呢?大部分人一定愿意花一元钱来体验一下。

注意: 不要一下子送一千张出去,先送50张或者100张,15元水果成本也就几元,100 张才几百多元成本,比你发广告满街跑要便宜多了。

拿着这些水果一元购礼品卡,到目标客户群体聚集的流量渠道(年轻妇女消费档次高,为客户定位首选),让老板当作礼品送给他的好友或者客户。当客户持卡到你这里来只要支付一元钱就可以领15元的水果。当顾客进店的时候。再抛出一个无法抗拒的主张,只要邀请本地的5—8位好友进群,现场还有礼品送,然后邀请进群,因为群里还有更多的秒杀礼品。

客户进群后进行互动交流,把关系培养到兄弟姐妹的程度。通过跟他们互动,你就知道他们真正想要什么,然后就可以做针对性的推广。不然,你推出去的东西,可能是别人不需要的。

1、 通过一张海报,引流进群,然后群里进行培养(信任)2、 通过活动引流到店消费,锁定会员进行现场储值(成交)3、 抓住第一批种子客户,进店消费现场引导并且转介绍还有水果礼品相送(裂变)

目前大部分实体店面临引流难、竞争大、人工成本不断上涨的窘境,只有摸索出属于自己的经营模式才能够保证企业良性的持续下去。
